Shame on you, woman driving in front of me while folding laundry. Have you no concern for the safety of others?

I suppose this is my best effort so far at keeping a journal. I've never really been good at, but I can't say that I've made that much of an attempt. That is to say, I've tried keeping a journal before, but usually for a class or some such thing, and I never felt sufficiently compelled to keep up with it. Days would go by, good fun days, but I wouldn't take the time to write about them. Well, when I was in England, I had a pocket calendar which was published by the school in Sutton Valence, Kent. This calendar had all the major events printed on it, but I would also write down my assignments in it. Then I also started writing down my social plans, like vacations, plays, etc. In the end that is probably the best record of what I did while I was in England.
When I started college, I tried to do a similar thing just out of sheets of paper, but, as you can imagine, it didn't work out so well. These days I have an At-A-Glance pocket caledar. I've been using these for a few years now, and it's sort of a ritual during christmas/new years to copy out all the phone numbers, birthdays, and addresses that i want to remember in the following year.

If you see something you don't like, or hear a radio show that offends you, simply don't listen to it anymore. Feel free to voice your opinion to your friends and neighbors.
But don't go destroying other people's television sets or stereo systems.
People who want to listen to trash have a right to hear trash. There's no use in trying to prevent the trash suppliers from making trash available. Let these people decide for themselves what they want to see and hear.
How about drugs, then? I mean, if you substitute the word "heroin" for "trash" in the above statement, it's still true, right?
Wrong. On the one hand, if people who consumed/used/took drugs did so quietly in their own homes, that would be fine. It wouldn't affect me. But people who commit crimes and violate the rights of other people as a result of taking drugs do affect me. Therein lies the difference.
