Game of the month:
Although I enjoyed Clans and "Hare and Tortoise" a lot, I'm reserving judgement until I play them again. Rack-O, therefore, is my game of the month. I like it best as a two-player game, but I think the variant with a single extra card will make it interesting for any number of players.

Computer Games played: Tribes and Bumber Wars at the Friday LAN party.

PS2 Games played: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (borrowed)

Notes:
This wasn't a particularly good month for new games, which explains why Labyrinth: The Card Game appears so high on the New Games list. I disliked Renfield mostly because I did very poorly with it. The worst game, by far, was Quip Qubes, a scrabble-like game in which you form sentences from words. Sara and I each took about 30 minutes each for our first turn, constructing sentences that sprawled across the entire board and made absolutely no sense (but were, of course, grammatically defensible in their construction). The entire game would take about 6 turns and, I would guess, about an hour of downtime per player.
I beleive some tweaks to the rules (limit of playing up to five cubes per turn) would make for a much more interactive and interesting games.
